Founder
Pridmore Hill was founded by Jonathan Hill in 2014. Having spent over 20 years working within the executive search, interim management and the project recruitment sectors the levels of pain and frustration being felt by people going through existing industry resourcing models became obvious. Encouraged by close and long-standing client relationships in the London and Sydney markets Jonathan designed a process and business model to address this age-old set of challenges and Pridmore Hill was born.
Having successfully delivered retained headhunt campaigns in the UK, Germany and France at board level and spending the last 15 years proactively building a strong track-record and network in the Australian project delivery sector, Jonathan undertook a Postgraduate degree in Data Analytics and Business Analysis certification in order to pursue a passionate vision. The vision to provide a truly consultative service and help transform the project delivery resourcing industry from a transactional process to a value-add service.
